Down side is the 239 is a single stack 8 round clip. However here in Connecticut our fearless political leaders passed "feel good" gun laws limiting clips to 10 rounds after the Newtown shootings. They are an ideal EDC trigger system. I also like the H&K LEM trigger system for concealed carry. My DAK pistols were retired from police service and obviously are already set with the parts. Cheers!

It was very hard to turn the handle at first but it eventually did with more muscle. I made sure that the sights was sliding straight to the left. If it's lifting up the sight, STOP!I've had the P239 for a couple of months now. I was looking into other manufacturers that also had the de-cocking hammer feature and HK was the best alternative. I picked up a P2000sk yesterday and took it to the range along with my P239. After reading reviews of the P2000sk I was surprised with a few things.Save your money, keep your Sig P239 and buy a 9mm barrel and a .357 Sig barrel. I guess that a 9mm would work in a .40/.357 slide as there wouldn't be an issue with the breech face; the reverse is not true, i.e., the breech face of the 9mm slide is too small for the case rim of .40/.357.
