Recently changed the oil in my gearbox, Toyota r150f from 3vz 4Runner. Currently shifts like [censored] and I can feel the issue is the synchronising rings. The way I understand it, they are essentially the same tranny inside, the R15F just has slightly different ratios, a much lower 1st gear, which is why they are so desirable.
