Hello everyone, I'm curious about the processing times for labor certifications and green cards. My lawyers, hired by my employer, submitted Form 9141 to the National Prevailing Wage Center (NPWC) in January 2023, and I'm wondering how long it typically takes for the Department of Labor (DOL) to process a prevailing wage determination request..
