Floor Block 2 - 10.5 minutes. 2 rounds of work & rest: 6 each x half kneeling single arm to lateral step.Monday 21 March 2022 - Strength - 3G 60 Minutes. Today's exercise is the 5x5, where all exercises are repeated 5 times each. The tread block consists of 5 rounds of 2 minutes including a push and all out component with incline. The same pattern is repeated on the rower, with 5 rounds of 2 minutes of rowing followed by medicine ball exercises.
