I replaced with a new one and two new spark plugs along with a new fuel filter but it will not run at idle. Won't start no matter what without the choke pulled. I removed the intake manifold water drain and found it to be full of oil. Ran slightly better but still won't idle. One line form the hot side of the battery goes directly to the starter motor and the other wire coming from the battery has the 30 amp fuse.
