Easier to grease if they squeak, than remove grease. I have always used a small amount of grease when installing new sway bar bushings. So long as the grease is not a type that will be damaging to the material of the bushing, it will help with longevity and reduce wear. You may use a sillicone based greese such as die electric greese if you wish.
