Ears squeaking when blowing nose

All times are GMT -7. The time now is 08:03 PM. I am having pain in one of my ears when I blow my nose or just for no reason. It doesn't last long, so I'm not in that much pain, but I am concerned. It also hurts when I block my ear with my finger (I do this in the shower when rinsing my hair)..
