My mr dvr is not working in any of my other rooms. It has never worked. I just don't have the time to sit on the phone with tech support. I have 3 other sd stb in other rooms and I have programs recorded on the dvr that are not in H. So shouldn't i be able to watch these in the other rooms? When I l...09-01-2013 07:53 AM. After a few technical issues, we got the box up and running. I have called tech support numerous times. I unplugged the cables and turned on and off the router multiple tuimes. I have rebooted the STB at least ten times. I have been hung up on by tech support once.
