going from 29k to 27k shouldn't cause any issues. grap stock runs 23K I think. the guys that usually have issues are going from 29k to 19K or some large drop. Make sure your fuel rail plug is torque to 50ft lbs. I didn't use a torque wrench when I installed mine.
