Just wondering if anyone can tell me if the con-ferr bulldog clamp (reg size, 3-4.5 inches tall) will fit an 80 with no factory rack? The typical rack (both Con-ferr and DiamondRax) for the FJ40 is 60" wide. If your rack is substantially narrower than 60" you'll need to do some retro-fitting to make rain gutter clamps work (just like in the pics of the rack on the FJ55 in post #4). ...
