I have read through several other threads on here regarding the well-known exhaust manifold and/or bolt issues. I had a 2012 previously and never had any issues. However, I bought a new 2021 2 years ago, and I just dropped it off this morning for them to get it in.Fast69Mopar said: I see warped 5.7 HEMI exhaust manifolds all the time. And it’s been happening for a long time. it all has to do with what the manifolds and heads are made of, only natural that a cast iron manifold bolted to an aluminum head will warp over time.

Replace the bolts if you feel like it, but as a tech with 44 years experience I would shy away from stainless steel bolts on exhaust or turbos. If one does break they are almost impossible to drill out. Been there done that.
